Inspired by their personal experiences and a deep desire to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), Fanuel and Diana embarked on a mission to establish an agency that would provide exceptional care, compassion, and support to the IDD community. Their vision was to create a safe and inclusive environment where individuals with IDD could thrive, achieve their goals, and lead fulfilling lives.
Fanuel’s background in the army has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, integrity, and a genuine love for serving others. He understands the importance of structure and consistency in creating an environment where individuals can flourish. Fanuel’s military training has honed his leadership skills, enabling him to guide our team with a steady hand and a focus on excellence.
Diana, with her extensive experience as a behavioral health nurse, brings a wealth of knowledge and empathy to our agency. She possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals with IDD and the importance of person-centered care. Diana’s expertise in therapeutic techniques, communication strategies, and her unwavering dedication to the well-being of our clients make her an invaluable asset to our team.
